What is your return policy?

Enjoy free exchanges and returns!

Return your item, no questions asked within 30 days of your original ship date.

Have confidence in ordering with if you are dissatisfied with any of our products you may return the item and we will be happy to refund you the original price paid of the item to your original form of payment or Store Credit. Within 15 days, Original shipping charges will not be refunded,

from 15 days to 30 of your original ship date. You will have to pay a 20% restocking fee.

Returns or exchanges are accepted on unworn items in resalable condition in the exact manner they were received.

How do I return a product?

Please contact Customer Care for return instructions and we will be happy to assist you.

How do I package my return?

Simply apply the shipping label to the outside of your box. Items must be returned in the original packaging and accompanied with the original proof of purchase. The box in which the items were originally shipped can be reused if the size is still appropriate.

When will I receive my refund?

As soon as we receive your returned items at our Return Center, we will gladly process your refund. Please allow 5 business days for your return shipment to arrive at our Returns Center once you drop it in the mail.

Once we process your return, you will see your refund payment after 8-10 business days depending on your issuing bank and/or billing cycle.
